You have requested to fill out the Employee Performance Pre-Audit for one of your juniors.

This assessment will take about 10-15 minutes. Once completed, the results will be available on the testing platform and a PDF copy will be sent to your email address. Upon review of the assessment results, do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

As a reminder, this assessment is to be filled by an employee's senior who is wondering why that employee is not successful on the job or what can be done to help a junior be more productive and happier on the job.
It also helps understand what needs to be done, most often answering the question: "What do we do now"?

The purpose of this employee performance pre-audit is (1) to help you evaluate HOW you can assist/help an employee to optimally perform on their job, and (2) to help you detect how much an employee is (or not) contributing to the success and happiness of the group; are they working on your side or against you and your organization?

You should always use this assessment PRIOR to a formal performance review interview; it will make it easier for you to objectively decide what can or needs to be done in order to help a junior be happier and more productive on the job.

• All data related to this assessment are used under strict compliance of privacy protection laws and are never shared with or sold to any third party.
• This questionnaire is only saved with a code and the evaluated person's initials, not with their name. The persons at HireBox, LLC. involved in the assessment procedure are the only ones who can match this questionnaire code to the evaluated person's name.

PROCEDURE:

• Please ensure you have a good understanding of the evaluated person's job description as well as what they are supposed to produce on the job.
• Make sure you understand each question as it relates to the current situation.
• This test is not timed. It usually takes around 10-12 minutes to answer all questions.

• You might have answered some questions differently in the past. However, please consider only the evaluaed person's current situation to answer those questions.
